Serv@Net is our secure and sophisticated web-based policy management service. As a credit insurance customer of Atradius you will be able, via the Serv@Net system, to manage the key tasks relating to the operation of policy with the minimum of resources.

This easy to use, interactive system allows you to input credit limit applications and view underwriting decisions and management information for every country covered under your policy.

You can also submit claims and monitor recovery action, as well as view the full terms and conditions of your cover via our unique Policy Viewer system.

However the system does not only allow you to input and view data, it also acts as in interactive tool, with alerts about future changes to your policy or cover on specific buyers and other information concerning your policy being sent directly, allowing you to manage your policy easily and efficiently.
