How does it work ?

Becoming a client is easy: simply Get a quote.

Would you prefer to discuss a number of matters with us first, such as your own credit management procedure, your main sales markets or the possibility of connecting your system to that of Atradius? Or would you like a customised offer? Call us to arrange a meeting.
As soon as we have received the agreement, you will receive confirmation from us including:

  • your client number (or numbers, if you have more than one location);
  • details of your own dedicated contact within Atradius Collections;
  • your login info for Collect@Net, our online collection system.

Not only do you have just one contact point for all your questions, you can also monitor your collection cases online. Day and night, from anywhere in the world.

Your collection dossier online

As a client, you will receive login information for our online system, Collect@Net. Here you can submit collection cases, look at ongoing cases and provide information that is important for the processing of your dossiers, ensuring you are always up to date with the current situation.

How does it work ?

If your customer does not pay, you can almost always submit a collection case to us.
 
Are you submitting a case for the first time? Then it is advisable to get in contact with us.

If you are already a client, you can report the debtor online via Collect@Net.
 
As soon as a debtor is entered into the online system, the local accounts receivable administrator will start work on the case. He or she contacts your debtor directly, by telephone, email, fax or letter. Often this takes place the very same day, but in any event within 24 hours. Our goal is to collect the debt for you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
You always have a permanent contact person at Atradius Collections. He or she answers all your questions and gives information on the progress of each case. If necessary, an accounts receivable administrator will be specially assigned to you and they will work with you to gain more insight into your operations and the relationship with your customer as this can help speed up the collection.
We actively keep you updated throughout the whole process and advise you step by step on what you can do. In this way we can resolve most cases quickly and amicably.

Legal action

Most collection cases are settled amicably, although, unfortunately, that is not always the case. Sometimes taking legal action is the only solution and in these situations, we guide you through the legal proceedings.
