To lodge and monitor insolvent cases, you need to invest time. The complexity and length of bankruptcy procedures make it virtually impossible for individual businesses to monitor and attempt to recover any of their outstanding debts. With the Atradius Collections insolvency service, we take over the complete process for you. Once we receive the necessary documentation (Invoices, Terms and Conditions and Account Statements) we lodge the claim with the appointed person. Then the claim must be accepted, otherwise a different procedure may follow (usually in court) which we would like to prevent.

After some time, a liquidation of the assets or a composition with the creditors occurs. Partial payment or a dividend is then allotted if there are enough assets. Depending on the country these procedures can take up to five years, and during this time we will monitor every step of the way.
