How do I apply for a policy?
In the first instance ou should contact us, we can discuss your requirements and take you through what you need to do. You will be asked to complete a simple application form which will give us all the key information we need to be able to offer you a policy.
When is my policy effective?
Once we have confirmed the cover you require we will issue you with a policy, once you accept the terms and conditions of cover your policy will become active. The cover will start from the effective date shown in the policy provided that you have received the message confirming acceptance of your application and you have fully paid the fixed premiums including taxes within 10 days from date of invoice.
How long does the Atradius Modula Focus policy run?
The policy duration is indicated in the policy schedule, starting from the policy start date. The policy will be tacitly renewed if no written notice is given two months prior to the end date.
Is there an excess on the policy?
Yes, there is a threshold on the policy. The amount will be stated in your policy schedule. Claims will not be permitted below this threshold level.
