At the heart of our strategy is a desire to create an enduring business with sustained revenue growth and secure, stable profit increase which comprehensively meets our stakeholder and customer needs, irrespective of the size or scope of their business. In order to do this we aim to: 

Focus

Focus on credit insurance and other affiliated credit management services such as recoveries and collections, in which we can leverage our credit insurance operations.

Expand

Expand credit insurance and affiliated credit management services to:

• Customers: from all three key segments - global/multinational companies, large companies and SMEs
• Markets: by continually exploring new opportunities in emerging markets, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe, Asia and the Americas
• Products: by investing in and designing new products and services which target needs specific to each market segment

Innovate

We continue to expand our tailor-made product offerings including business information, private company ratings and receivables management information. In addition, we seek to develop high value products in commercial and political risk insurance for large and complex transactions as well as expanding our commercial debt collection business. We will also continue to pursue our focused growth strategy for inward reinsurance.

Strengthen

To strengthen our competitive position and to reduce profit volatility, we continually look to maximise cost efficiencies. Ultimately we believe that we will only be successful if our customers and stakeholders are successful too.  So, while our goals are to create sustained revenue growth and, of course, increase profits, we aim to achieve these goals by ensuring that our customers and stakeholders receive the best possible service and support from us.
